How long at the Heston Agency? I have been with the agency since 1982. I started as a personal lines agent. In 1986, as we were becoming "computerized", I took a position in the bookkeeping department. I invoice policies and help our bookkeeper with other daily accounting functions. We changed computer systems in 1996 and my position developed into what it is today. The "care and maintenance" of our computer system.
Other experience: I started my insurance experience in 1978 in Wisconsin where I worked for 3 years in an insurance agency before moving to Kentucky in 1981.
Family: I have a grown son, Ryan, who is still my pride & joy.
