- Commercial Property: Covers risk of loss to an organization’s buildings or personal property. Usually includes buildings, personal property of the insured, personal property of others on site and in insured’s possession. Coverage can be on an all risk or specific perils basis.
- Commercial General Liability: Insurance designed to protect business owners and operators from a wide variety of liability exposures.
- Worker’s Compensation: Coverage providing four types of benefits (medical care, death, disability, and rehabilitation) for employee, job-related injuries or diseases as a matter of right (without regard to fault).
- Business Automobile: Covers both liability and if required comprehensive and collision coverage for commercial vehicles.
- Umbrella Liability Insurance (Commercial Excess Liability): provides additional coverage when the limits of insurance on an underlying policy are exceeded.
- Professional/Errors & Omissions Liability: A form of insurance that protects the insured for any loss sustained because of an error or oversight on his or her part.
- Employment Practices Liability: protects employer against claims that an employee’s rights were violated.
